Fundamentally:
1. You must not be disadvantaged in your place of work because you are pregnant or a mother. The Gender Equality Act prohibits it.
2. If you feel discriminated against, you can contact the cantonal arbitration body. The process is confidential, straightforward and free.
3. You do not have to be able to fully prove a discriminatory termination or harassment. It is sufficient if you are able to comprehensibly present it.
4. You must not be terminated because you are defending yourself against discrimination.
